The BMW R80, beloved by both riders and designers for its iconic air-cooled boxer twin engine, provided an ideal foundation.
After conceptualizing the design on paper for some time, a committed client initiated the project, prompting the development of the production design.
The Type 10 embodies the core design and construction principles that define other Auto Fabrica motorcycles. However, the engineering of the standard R80 allowed simplicity to be elevated to a new level, providing a platform to explore innovative design elements and details, such as the rear light unit and floating surfaces.
