Type 4B

Our client desired a lightweight, functional bike with a sleek, classic color scheme and trim. The brief specified a chrome-free design, a guideline we strictly adhered to. All aluminum components underwent aquablasting followed by brushing.

The wheels were powder coated and fitted with stainless steel spokes, while the hubs were machined to remove cast marks and brushed for an enhanced aesthetic. Road-legal trial tires were chosen for both front and rear.

The engine underwent a complete rebuild and now features a Mikuni carburetor.

The custom alloy tank, complemented by exposed side panels in a glossy finish, highlights the bike's color scheme. A suede navy seat completes the aesthetic.

A new, fully customized wiring harness and a Motogadget speedometer were installed, along with an integrated LED rear light within the loop and our own custom 3D-printed LED indicators.

Type 4B showcases our signature sand-bent stainless steel exhaust system, incorporating an integrated megaphone silencer in a brushed finish throughout.
